USE OF SOFTWARE

The software, together with the associated documentation available on this Site, is protected by copyrights and belongs to the company SearchInform, in Russia and  CIS – to a group of companies New Search Technologies.

The software is used under the terms of the license agreement, the text of which is published on the Site. It is forbidden to download or order the software with the license agreement unless you agree to the terms of the agreement.

It is forbidden to decompile, reverse structural chart and working procedure for the source code, or in any other way to attempt to derive the source code of the software available on the Site, unless the license agreement expressly authorises you to act like this.

Buying the SearchInform software is final and non-refundable. Please make sure that you have successfully tested the trial version before purchasing a license to use it. For more information, check the User License Agreement of SearchInform.

This Site, products, and services offered on the Site, and any information, text, visuals and other elements of the Site are subject to the legislation of the Russian Federation. Thus, the company is not responsible and does not assume any risk if, for any reason, a product or service, available on the Site, violates the national law of any other country.
